Jasleen Kohli

Jasleen Kohli is the Executive Director of the Critical Race Studies Program at UCLA School of Law, the first law school program dedicated to incorporating Critical Race Theory into legal scholarship, teaching, and practice. Kohli has a background in the areas of civil rights, labor law, policy development, social movement lawyering, and the intersection of racial and economic justice. Kohli received her JD from Harvard Law and her BA from UC Berkeley. While at Harvard Law, she co-directed a documentary on issues of race and legal pedagogy entitled Legally Black and Brown and Yellow and Red.
